Shipping policy

Products are shipped out the next business day and the carrier normally take 2 days to deliver within the North Island of New Zealand. We do not have any control of the shipment once it has been despatched and so do not take any responsibility for late deliveries. If your order is not received when expected, please let us know so we can follow up with the service provider.
